The UNESCO Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Education for Peace and Sustainable Development (MGIEP) is pleased to present Issue 10 of its flagship publication, The Blue DOT, focused on Social and Emotional Learning, a key focus area of the Institute as it works towards the Sustainable Development Goal 4, Target 7, focused on education for peace, sustainable development and global citizenship.
